We may not be able to groom your dog if we find fleas and ticks prior to the service. If found during grooming, there will be additional charges of minimum £20.00 for fleas and £10.00 for ticks.
It is your responsibility to let us know if your dog has allergies to any food, special shampoo or behavioural problems prior to the service.
We may need to stop grooming if your dog gets aggressive.
We may need to stop grooming if your dog is overly stressed.
We may need to clip off partially or completely with a short blade if the coat is excessively matted, as dematting can cause pain and stress to your dog. Although we pay very close attention, it can result in small cuts to the skin. We do not take responsibility for these injuries.
Dematting and clip off may incur additional charges of minimum £10.00.
Please bear in mind that ear plucking could cause an ear infection to some dogs so please think carefully before you book this service as we do not take responsibility for that.
If your dog has a health issue, we will try to contact you first and may bring your dog to our local vet in case of emergency.
Your dog’s vaccination must be up-to-date.
Photos will be shared on this website and social medias with your permission only.
We notify you about half an hour before we finish grooming. If you are late more than half an hour, there will be additional charges of £5.00 for every 30 minutes from then.
Cancellation must be informed at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will incur additional charges of 50% of the service.
Hand stripping can only be done to dogs with the right type of coat. When your dog is neutered or has been previous clipped, it could result in not being able to be hand stripped.
Hand stripping could leave the hair follicles open and could cause skin reactions such as sores, raised red scabs, infection, itchiness, hot spots, etc. We do not take responsibility for these happening and the aftercare for these. We do not bathe your dog after stripping but do offer a discounted Bath and Brush. This can be done in a few days’ time after stripping to give the skin time to calm down and reduce the risk unless you accept the responsibility of these possible risks when bathed on the same day.
At the time of every new booking, you must have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of the above, then please ask us before booking.
